About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will offer consultative support to non-profit clients. You will assist in identifying growth opportunities, aid them in mission and impact, and coordinate with teams. Your approach is personalized for high-touch interactions, connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying solutions.
Responsibilities
Identifying growth opportunities through upsells and cross-sells
Providing high-touch, consultative support to understand the unique needs of assigned non-profit clients.
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences.
Developing deep knowledge of non-profit sector challenges and trends
Helping non-profits further their mission and community impact.
Requirements
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have high emotional intelligence.
Have a firm and well-established background in sales.
Be passionate about the non-profit space.
Be motivated by client satisfaction and social impact
Have the ability to identify solutions for small non-profits to succeed.
