Your Role at JDS:
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of JDS. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cultivating client relationships and forging strong industry partnerships.
• Working closely with the Operations Manager on estimating and quoting jobs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in our proposals.
• Identifying and securing new client opportunities through research and networking.
• Skillfully negotiating and closing deals to drive sustained revenue.
• Spearheading initiatives for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.
• Monitoring pricing and seeking opportunities to increase revenue.
• Creating, evaluating, and refining sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Exhibiting refined communication skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions, whether with clients, partners, or team members.
• Act as a fill-in Office Manager when needed, showcasing versatility and adaptability in managing administrative tasks and office operations.
• Working closely with the General Manager, contributing to strategic decisions and the overall growth and direction of the company.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service and Manage office employees

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Development.
• Proficiency in technology, office productivity tools, and collaboration with remote teams.
• Familiarity with the Medical, Healthcare, or Hospital sectors.
