POSITION SUMMARY:
Looking for a natural born leader ready to wear multiple hats in the growing area of Signet Jewelry Services. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable both leading a project internally – leading the cross functional team in commercializing innovative services ideas - and managing external relationships – pursuing partnerships with external companies that could bring business or services to Signet. 34% strategist; 33% project manager; 33% business developer = 100% entrepreneur with customer centric mindset and financial savvy.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Take on an idea, think from the customer experience backwards, and work with technology, operations, digital and operations to size it and figure out what it would take to make it real
- Develop and test growth initiatives to lead new product research and recommendations to deliver on our growth goals
- Prospect and outreach to new potential partners that could bring value to the Signet – either bringing their services to our customers or by generating revenue for Signet by selling our services to these other firms
- Actively partner with internal and marketing teams to deliver best-in-class marketing strategies and campaigns designed to acquire, retain and grow our customer base
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: 4-year college degree in Marketing or related area
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: Marketing, Business Development , Innovation, Relationship/Account Management
Years of Job-Related Experience Required: 3+ years
Technical/Other Skills Required: Strong problem-solving skills, Strong communication skills

The salary range for this opportunity is $105,000.00 – $121,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
