Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Performs routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance
- Assists with HR & recruiting including the onboarding process
- Handles Accounting, Payroll and IT to ensure vendor invoicing, processing, payroll updates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of ADP Workforce Now & Quickbooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
