Bookkeeper Office Manager

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Performs routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance
• Assists with HR & recruiting including the onboarding process
• Handles Accounting, Payroll and IT to ensure vendor invoicing, processing, payroll updates

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of ADP Workforce Now & Quickbooks
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
