About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and professional part-time Bookkeeper to allocate bank feed transactions into QuickBooks accounts, and monthly reconciliations for several different companies, all under the same ownership. The job will be 8-10 hours a week of bookkeeping at the office, 1-2 days during the week (flexible with candidate’s schedule and will entertain remote).

Candidate must have experience with bookkeeping/accounting (Quickbooks & Excel), basic construction/real estate knowledge, and understand the importance of taking initiative and showing a willingness to help. We are looking for someone who understands the value of establishing connections with coworkers as well as demonstrating a commitment to success.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage the accounts payables and accounts receivables process.

· Perform data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software

· Update and maintain accurate financial records, contracts, annual budgets, tax reports, and financial statements

· Process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on time and resolve any invoice issues

· Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and financial reports

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
