Bookkeeper

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of debits and credits, journal entries, financial report writing, and technical accounting. Experience with Drake Accounting software. This is a Part-time position.

```Responsibilities```
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support

```Qualifications```
- Proven 5 year experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial report writing
- Knowledge with payroll processing and familiarity with relevant regulations
- Technical accounting skills and ability to use accounting software (e.g., Drake Accounting)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
