Bookkeeper Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientated Part -part-time Bookkeeper to join our team in the exciting beauty industry. This role is an essential part of our organization, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities
Enter transactions, invoices, accounts payable, and receipts into QuickBooks.
Review financial transactions for accuracy
Keep accounts payable and receivables up to date and accurate.
Maintain and help reconcile inventory records with the shipping department.
Keep sales tax payments up to date
- Collaborate with the team to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Answer Ring Central phone system entering orders for existing customers using QuickBooks. Typically two calls per day.
Understand the integration of the Shopify e-commerce platform with Quickbooks.
Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications
High proficiency in QuickBooks.
High school diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred.
3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook email.
Excellent communication, organization and math skills.
