FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER – Las Vegas, NV

Position is responsible for maintaining the books and records of the company and providing administrative support for a small office environment including but not limited to:
· Organize the financial administration of the company
· Set-up and maintain complete filling system to support company records
· Responsible for all aspects of QuickBooks: AR; sale orders, invoicing, sales tax, credit memos, AP; full purchasing cycle from PO to Item receipts to bills, Inventory Management; new items, assemblies, adjustments, monthly financial statements and some payroll
· Reviewing receipts and accountability for all expenses
· Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies, i.e., Business Licenses, Annual List of Officers, etc.
· Responsible for timely submission of returns to Government authorities such as sales tax, corporate tax, etc.
· Light shipping and receiving responsibilities
· Keep customer information updated in the CRM
· Month and Year End Close along with corresponding journal entries and reconciliations
· Prepare and submit timely month-end financial statements and periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports on performances that will aide management in evaluating overall company performance
· Assist with budget preparation
· Analyze and report monthly budget variances
· Prepare year-end financial reports for CPA
· Perform job costing/profitability analysis
· Provide clerical and administrative support to include but not limited to: answering phones, responding to customer and vendor requests, handling mail, filing, ordering office supplies, making sure office is presentable to visitors, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangement and other duties as assigned.

· Minimum 2 full time years’ experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing & Wholesale Edition, including Advance Inventory
· Solid knowledge of GAAP
· Minimum three years’ recent work experience in manufacturing
· Advance level at report generation in QuickBooks Enterprise
· Familiarity with creating and customizing Zoho CRM records and updating Zoho CRM system
· Microsoft Office Suite to include strong Excel skills
· PowerPoint skills and experience in creating presentations with charts/graphs and other financial analysis
· 50 WPM Online data entry with meticulous attention to detail
· Professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
