Part-Time Bookkeeper

We have an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper who will be working on a part-time basis (probably 2-3 days per week) in our office. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks.

Primary Job Function: Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls and adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for reconciliations, all A/P and A/R functions, and other related job duties.

Work Hours: Flexible schedule, 20-30 hours per week

Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Expert QuickBooks skills
• Advanced computer skills (proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience working with AP/AR, payroll, and basic business bookkeeping requirements
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented ability to multi-task
• Well-organized and ability to work independently
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction trade is a plus
• Service Titan software experience is a plus
