Bookkeeper

Lockwood Moore is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for billing, data entry, account reconciliation, maintaining accurate financial records and other bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Job Duties

• Update and maintain financial transactions
• Manage accounting system
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts
• Payroll and payroll taxes
• Prepare financial reports
• Manage loans & debt repayments
• Prepare tax forms
• Maintain procedural records
• Data entry
• Billing
• Other administrative duties

Experience

• College degree preferred
• Knowledge of account reconciliation, tax regulations, GAAP and budgeting processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
