Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper for Property Management Firm

The Full Charge Bookkeeper position is currently offered Monday through Friday at a minimum of 30 hours per week and can be full time if desired. Days and work hours are negotiable. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who will take overall responsibility for managing all financial transactions and maintaining accurate records for our company. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and enjoys a small company feel. Hourly rate open to adjustments based on experience. Our real estate property management company specializes in apartments, condos and commercial units with separate LLCs in the Las Vegas, NV area as well as Los Angeles, CA. Duties and Responsibilities

· Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR)

· Issue invoices to and collect from customers

· Create monthly financial reports using accounting software

· Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements and petty cash accounts

· Collect information as needed for the annual financial statement and tax returns · Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system Additional Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting

· Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred · Experience with real estate accounting software

· Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

· QuickBooks knowledge a plus

· Excel software expertise

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and with a team

· Background or interest in real estate a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
