Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic healthcare multidisciplinary company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled bookkeeper to contribute to the financial success and operational efficiency of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
· Financial Record Maintenance:
o Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting software.
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data to facilitate informed decision-making.
· Accounts Payable and Receivable:
o Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
o Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial transactions.
· Expense Tracking and Budgeting:
o Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
o Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets for various departments within the healthcare organization.
· Bank Reconciliation:
o Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
o Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Financial Reporting:
o Generate regular financial reports for management, providing insights into the company's financial health.
o Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for external stakeholders and regulatory compliance.
· Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities:
o Stay informed about relevant financial regulations in the healthcare industry.
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
o Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
