Duties:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Skills:
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial statement preparation
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy
- Ability to perform journal entries, debits, and credits accurately
- Familiarity with corporate accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
