Skills and Personality Requirements:

-Quickbooks Online Required

- Quickbooks Desktop Knowledge Required

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience (If you’re short a few months and feel you are amazing, please feel free to dazzle us with your resume)

- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks

- Proficient in computers as well as shortcuts (Copy & Paste via mouse is not proficient enough)

- Detail Oriented (Eagle eye level 1000)

- Clear and precise communication skills (No guesswork)

- Friendly with a positive attitude (No need to be extroverted, but doom and gloom are not allowed)

- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive (Don’t know something, did you research it first?)

- Professional in every way (from speech to appearance, to customer service)

- Independent and confident (Leadership goals)

- Humor (not required, but appreciated)

What your responsibilities will be:

· Prepare Financial Statements

· Ensure deadlines are met

· Prepare monthend reports and financial statements (Surprise!)

· Reconcile bank and loan accounts

· Post monthend accruals and amortizations

· Perform research and analysis

· Communicate with clients on financial results

· Other related tasks as assigned
