Bookkeeper

```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and possess excellent technical accounting skills. Duties:

-Quick Books prolific
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, Learn Ivy Interior Designer Software
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements
- Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Managing payroll detail for payroll service
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
-Work with Operations Team to coordinate and create systems for overlap.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and technical accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred but not required
