Essential Functions:
- Receives visitors to the company’s offices by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them, as appropriate.
- Answers and directs incoming calls via a multi-line system; takes and delivers messages
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and assures that outgoing mail, parcels, and packages are handled and distributed appropriately.
- Makes weekly visits to strategic businesses to promote opportunities for storage unit rentals.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming calls and walk in customers.
- Processes customer set up/changes/cancellations according to policies and procedures.
- Provides timely communications of service issues or customer concerns.
- Accepts payments for walk in and phone in customers for storage and rental properties; balances accounts at end of workday; works with accounting staff regarding receipts and notices.

- Operates standard office equipment

- Handles special administrative projects as directed by supervisor or leadership
Working Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Education, Training, and Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Customer service experience.
- Computer experience Including Microsoft Office Suite
