Bookkeeper

We are a rapidly growing company where highly motivated, self-directed individuals thrive. The Bookkeeper will play a key role in supporting the growth of the company and will work closely with the financial and operation teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Entering and maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable.

- Entering daily financial entries and specific business-related data.

- Organizing and maintaining relevant documents and records.

- Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

- Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Work Hours and Benefits:

- Full-time: 40 hours per week

- Pay: $18-$22 an hour

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field

- Previous Bookkeeping experience preferred

- Previous working experience in an ERP system

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
