Title: Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Location: Streetsboro, OH
Pay: $60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages all AR & AP for the client
- Approves or denies customer credit applications based on credit history
- Tracking and analyzing all monetary functions through QuickBooks Online
- Manages the new employee process for new hires
- Maintains an organized office
- Continuously improves office processes
- Leads office personage to maximum productivity
- Other duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in the accounting field
- Adept knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Microsoft office suite proficiency
- Understanding of industry standards
- Possesses strong leadership skills
- Strong Ability to Multitask
- Strong analytical skills
- Research skills
- Degree in accounting, CPA not required
