```Job Summary``` We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero. ```Duties``` - Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records - Conduct bank reconciliation to match statements with transactions - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and issue invoices to clients - Record financial transactions in accounting software - Assist with payroll processing and tax filings - Generate financial reports for management review - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records ```Experience``` - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Quicken - Familiarity with 10-key typing for data entry accuracy - Previous experience in public accounting is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills If you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for numbers and finance, we invite you to apply for this position.
