Core Responsibilities: Prepare deposits, record keeping, reconcile accounts, run payroll, accounts receivable and payable, report to the Fiscal Review Board monthly, prepare quarterly and annual tax statements, human resources (new hire paperwork, maintaining files, and personnel information), keep building schedules, program thermostats and lock schedule for events, and other duties as assigned.

Day to Day Activities: Inspect building for issues and report to Senior Pastor, receive and distribute mail, keep vehicle and building reservations, answer telephone and field calls, maintain books, handle banking responsibilities.

Reports to: Senior Pastor

Must Have: High school diploma, proficient in QuickBooks, pass a background check, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, ability to work independently, and honest.

Nice to have: 3 years office experience, problem solving and time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, active member of a local church.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.75 - $16.75 per hour
