Billing Coordinator

CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is an Engineering Consulting Firm in the North Dallas Area.

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title:Billing Coordinator

Location: N Dallas

Pay: $20-25/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Job Description:

• Will be assisting with project setup and maintenance, entering contract pricing into the system and change orders.

• Will assist with monthly billing

• Distribute monthly billing summaries to project managers

• Prepare and draft invoices and send to project managers for approval

• Draft approved invoices and send out finial approvals.

• Coordinate monthly billing and ensure timely receipt of invoices and billing

Requirements:

• Must have previous, AP, AR, Accounting or Billing experience

• Must have experience billing in Architecture, Engineering or Construction

• Must be proficient in Word & Excel

• Experience with Deltek Ajera is preferred

• Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail in reviewing, creating and maintaining accounting records
