Billing and Systems Coordinator

Burgoon Company has 30+ years of experience as a successful value-added supplier for over 20 supply chains. Our customers are nationwide including state, local, and federal. While we began in 1988 as a scientific and lab supply sales company, we have grown to include MRO and safety supplies as well.

As a Billing and Systems Coordinator at Burgoon Company, you will play a crucial role in the seamless functioning of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Electronic creation and distribution of invoices utilizing multiple software platforms.
• Troubleshooting and resolving transactional errors in multiple software platforms.
• Assisting in the development of more efficient means of financial processes.
• Ensuring business and accounting controls are followed by implementing ERP restrictions and permissions administration.
• Reconciling financial discrepancies and resolving accounting-related issues.
• Generating and analyzing financial reports for management decision-making.
• Supporting other team members and adopting tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· This role is primarily in-office with work-from-home available on occasion.

· Proven experience in an Accounting role with expertise in using ERP software with preference to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Proficiency in full-cycle accounting functions.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

· High level computer skills, Cloud ERP, and Excel experience is required.

· Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

· Open to 10 – 15% travel.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
