Job Overview:
He/She will be responsible for data entry of documents in order to assist in the preparing of invoices and updating records. The coordinator will maintain close contact with drivers to ensure accurate load count obtained. You must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents. Being good at math and a high degree of organizational ability are essential due to the great amount of financial information. Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a solid degree of computer knowledge is required. The goal is to contribute to the accurate preparation of bills receivable and safeguard the company’s income.
Responsibilities and Duties
Use and develop processes that ensure accurate billings to customers. This includes:
- Collect all information needed to process driver paperwork (input information received from drivers into billing system)
- Maintain spreadsheets to track load counts and ensure no missing documents
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy
- Carries out other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Proficient in MS Office and Google (especially Excel and Sheets)
- Excellent math ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills via phone and writing
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Proficiency in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
