SalaryKey Responsibilities:
1. Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients based on services rendered or products delivered.
2. Reconcile billing accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
3. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
4. Communicate with clients regarding payment terms, outstanding invoices, and payment deadlines.
5. Track and follow up on overdue accounts to expedite payments and minimize outstanding balances.
6. Maintain billing documentation and records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
8. Provide support during audits or financial reviews by preparing billing-related documentation and reports as needed.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to billing and invoicing processes.
10. Handle other ad hoc tasks or projects related to billing and finance as assigned by management.
Pay upto $40 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $35.25 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 4 per week
