Position Overview: The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a crucial role in the success of our compensation programs. You will be responsible for analyzing, recommending, and implementing compensation programs, policies and procedures that align with our Total Rewards strategy. We need a great communicator with an analytical mind to consult with leaders and serve as a subject matter expert on compensation issues and programs.
This is a hybrid position with occasional in-state travel. The role can be located in Thief River Falls, MN or Bloomington, MN.
Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, develop, audit, implement and communicate DigiKey compensation programs, including but not limited to job evaluations and exemption status reviews of new and existing roles, market pricing, annual compensation review process, salary structures, and incentive programs.
- Provide consultation support and training to Human Resource Business Partners, Talent Acquisition partners, and business leaders on the effective use of compensation programs and practices to manage organizational talent.
- Lead and participate in projects such as job leveling, market data analysis and benchmarking, survey participation and maintenance of our salary survey data library, and HRIS system configuration.
- Contribute to the design and administration of the Company's incentive plans, including document preparation, incentive calculations, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Create compensation data reports and tracking for assigned business units and present insights to business leaders.
- Partner with the HRIS team to ensure that Workday is configured to meet compensation needs and reflects changes to compensation business processes and programs.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned to contribute to the DigiKey's success.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting, business administration, data or statistical analysis, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in compensation.
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data.
- Proven experience acting as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, preferred.
- Incentive compensation, preferred.
- Global compensation practices, preferred.
Tools / Systems / Software:
- Microsoft productivity applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Payfactors (PayScale) or similar compensation survey management technology
- Workday, including Advanced Compensation module
