Billing Clerk - Urgently Needed

Acara Solutions is hiring a Billing Clerkfor our client in Lewiston, NY!In this position, you will be responsible for creating and mailing a high volume of customer invoices.

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

• Office & accounting experience
• The ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Competency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Here's what you'll do:

• Scan work orders daily.
• Check and verify correct pricing and charges are put on each work order.
• Update customer information, service changes, purchase orders, and contact information.
• Create and process invoices weekly and monthly.
• Engage with customer questions via phone or email.
• Work with sales department and dispatch to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain filing.

Type: Contract to Direct

Pay: Up to $24/hr. **Depending on experience

Hours: M-F 1st shift hours **100% Onsite

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years' office and billing experience.
• 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
