Acara Solutions is hiring a Billing Clerkfor our client in Lewiston, NY!In this position, you will be responsible for creating and mailing a high volume of customer invoices.
We are seeking qualified candidates with:
- Office & accounting experience
- The ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Competency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Here's what you'll do:
- Scan work orders daily.
- Check and verify correct pricing and charges are put on each work order.
- Update customer information, service changes, purchase orders, and contact information.
- Create and process invoices weekly and monthly.
- Engage with customer questions via phone or email.
- Work with sales department and dispatch to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain filing.
Type: Contract to Direct
Pay: Up to $24/hr. **Depending on experience
Hours: M-F 1st shift hours **100% Onsite

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years' office and billing experience.
- 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
