Billing Clerks - Urgent Need

Acara Solutions is hiring a Billing Clerk for our client in Lewiston, NY!

Type: Contract to Direct

Pay: Up to $24/hr. **Depending on experience

Hours: M-F 1st shift hours **100% Onsite

Here's what you'll do:

• Scan work orders daily.
• Check and verify correct pricing and charges are put on each work order.
• Update customer information, service changes, purchase orders, and contact information.
• Create and process invoices weekly and monthly.
• Engage with customer questions via phone or email.
• Work with sales department and dispatch to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain filing.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years' office and billing experience.
• 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• billing: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Office, including Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Lewiston, NY (Required)
