Position:Automotive Billing Clerk
Location: Basil Ford Niagara Falls - 6980 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304
Schedule: Full Time Five-day work week – Evenings and Saturday required.
Compensation: Between $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise, and volume)

Job Duties and Qualifications:
- Efficiently and accurately analyze vehicle title/ownership documents within company guidelines.
- Process vehicle titles in accordance with state guidelines.
- Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolve in a timely manner.
- Provide superior customer service to all internal team members and external customers.
- Communicate with customers to effectively address any issues.
- Build relationships and develop professional rapport with DMV and sellers.
- New vehicle inventory processing and data-entry
- Break down sales deals, posting in CDK system.
- Weekly/monthly reporting
- Assist with other administrative support as necessary.
- 3+yrs automotive industry experience
- E-verify, CDK, TriVin systems experience a plus!
- Proven computer skills
- Demonstrated phone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with other team members.
- Billing Clerk experience preferred.
- A Valid Driver License is required.
