Billing Clerk

Kforce's client, a leading nonprofit organization with a meaningful mission is looking to hire a Billing Clerk to join their growing team. This office is currently in Downtown Brooklyn, NY and moving to Midtown - right next to Pen Station in May/June 2024. The position is 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH. We are looking for someone with Institutional Medicaid experience.Responsibilities: Perform Billing Billing Clerk will prepare Account Receivable Prepare Ageing Report Performs related and similar duties as required or assigned As a Billing Clerk, you will assist in collecting information for audit Submit weekly reports to the Finance Department Bachelors degree required At least two years Institutional Medicaid Billing experience Experience working with E-paces and Microsoft Office Excellent communication (oral/written) skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
