Bilingual Sales Assistant

We have a client in Santa Fe Springs that is looking to hire a Bilingual Sales Assistant to join their team. Please apply or email me directly at hcawelti@ultimatestaffing with your minimum pay requirements. This is an immediate hire and the position pays between $22-$25 an hour.

• Order approvals for a particular market (Home Improvement)- Daily
• Will be in contact with customers by phone and email.
• Price Lists management- Price changes and updates- Major updates once a year and minor updates every so often.
• Corporate Projects- On going but well guided by the corporate management
• Helping the sales team with current project specifications- 5-10 hours a week
• Customer Service help- when asked by the office manager and/or when short staffed
• Will be trained on Customer Service as back up to the staff
• Costing management in the database- Major updates once a year and minor updates every so often.
• Bilingual-Spanish
