Bilingual Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails

• Manage filing system and record information as needed

• Update paperwork and maintain documents

• Creating, maintaining, and entering sales orders into databases.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Cantonese required

• Competent computer skills including MS Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
