Job description

Job Duty:

  • Responsible for processing daily orders, entering orders into Quickbooks and Kingdee systems.
  • Responsible for printing shipping labels and handling shipments.
  • Regularly check the status of orders upon arrival, update sales data into systems based on customer receipt information and shipping documents.
  • Conduct monthly inventory with the warehouse administrator and generate inventory reports at the end of each month.
  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and receivables reports.
  • Assist customer service and answering phone calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a quick learner.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
