Job Duty:
- Responsible for processing daily orders, entering orders into Quickbooks and Kingdee systems.
- Responsible for printing shipping labels and handling shipments.
- Regularly check the status of orders upon arrival, update sales data into systems based on customer receipt information and shipping documents.
- Conduct monthly inventory with the warehouse administrator and generate inventory reports at the end of each month.
- Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Provide weekly sales reports and receivables reports.
- Assist customer service and answering phone calls.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a quick learner.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
