Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Actively listen to customer concerns, gather information, and provide accurate and timely solutions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software programs.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
