Bilingual In Office Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are a reputable Air Conditioning Company looking for Customer Service Representatives, with great communication skills. Your duty will be to book certain amount of free estimates appointments per day.

Required Skills

• Must have great Customer Service
• Must be bilingual english/spanish
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be organized, detail oriented
• Must be punctual and reliable

Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Do inbound/outgoing calls. Set up certain amount of leads daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
