We are looking to hire a Bilingual, P&C Licensed, experienced Customer Service Representative. We are seeking individuals who have Allstate experience in the P&C Insurance industry and are ready to help our clients with auto, home, life, renters insurance & more.
As a BilingualLicensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the agency. You will be answering the phones, helping with tasks such as applying payments, answering billing questions, making policy changes, assisting with the claims process, and helping our sales team to ensure we provide top-notch service to our clients.
All Candidates must have a valid P&C Insurance License AND a minimum 1 year experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, preferably in an Allstate agency setting in order to be considered. Only candidates meeting these minimum requirements will be contacted.
Hiring for hybrid insurance sales professionals as soon as the right ones are found! Work some days from the office and some days from home.

- Compensation Package includes Base Pay DOE + Commissions + Bonus Options. Total Comp $40,000-$50,000 annually*

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients with a polite and professional manner
- Assist current customers with service-related tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing polices, troubleshooting billing questions, assisting with the claims process
- Assist the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ask each customer for referrals and recommendations
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. (Commissions available for any sales completed by the CSR!)
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Manage and maintain a positive office environment and perform any other office related tasks
Requirements
- Currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License \*Required\*
- Have a minimum 1 year P&C Industry Experience \*Required\*
- Have a minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience \*Required\*
- Must be fully Spanish/English Bilingual
- Previous Allstate experience highly preferred
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Desire to want to help educate others on insurance – how and why it’s important to have the proper coverage
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
- Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
