Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively in both English and Spanish and/or English and Portuguese.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of order information and documentation.
Language Interpretation and Translation:
Serve as a language interpreter and translator for customers who communicate primarily in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Translate written correspondence, forms, and documents between English and Spanish and/or English and Portuguese as needed.
Problem Resolution:
Listen actively to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as necessary.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Accurately enter customer information and order details into the system.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish and/or English and Portuguese (verbal and written) is required.
Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in a bilingual environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
