SalaryFinance Company has a full time opening for a Bilingual CSR Trainee position.
Location: 708 S. Closner Blvd. Edinburg, TX 78539
Requirements:
- Must have a valid photo ID, Matriculate Consular or Visa; social security number.
- Candidate must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
Overall Goal: Candidate will be working with manager to meet daily standards and operate according to company policy. Candidate will manage collection calls, loan activity and business operations daily.
Schedule/Pay
- Monday through Friday. 9AM to 6PM. Saturdays 9 AM to 1:00 PM (open).
- Pay rate will be open for discussion during the interview process. Negotiable. Pay rate ranges from $10.00 to $12.00. No experience necessary, however candidate must be reliable and willing to work in a high paced environment.
Duties
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to both English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with loan applications, debit cards payment processing and debt collections.
- Upsell loans services for customers to renew or reopen their account.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information for their loan needs
- Analyze past due accounts, customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Candidate's position requires a minimum daily call volume.
- Candidate must be highly motivated in order to ensure telephone productivity.
- Candidate will provide feedback the first week of training.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell loan services is a plus
