Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-3:30pm Total: 32.5 hrs/wk
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages the Vice President of Community Services calendar, schedules appointments & meetings, prepares & types correspondence, reports and other departmental documents.
Attends and takes minutes for the ID & BH PD’s monthly manager meetings, monthly ID/BH PD meetings.
Creating and maintaining monthly and quarterly tracking reports for all programs (bi-monthlies, monthlies/quarterlies, liabilities, individual annual requirements, individual update visits, call out’s (staff), etc.)
Assists VP & Asst. VP’s in yearly licensing process of all programs.
Transferring into the “N” drive all house and staff notes, visitor logs, etc.
Creating, scanning, transferring and tracking of monthly fire drills for all programs.
Schedules agency trips
Fill-in front desk receptionist when needed.
Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
CONNECT FUNCTIONS:
Enter all Individual’s referral/new intake information
Mark any Individual inactive when services to all FCS programs is ended
Enter all new managing/employee information
Scan and attach to connect MARs on a monthly basis
Scanning and transferring of incident reports, ISP letters, re-determination paperwork, and all other annual ISP meeting documentation, annual photos.
Updating/Tracking of all ID & BH Wills, POA & Advance Directive (scanning & transferring into Connect system)
Run and distribute reports as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma
Good communication and organizational skills
Flexible and able to switch from one task to another as priorities change
Articulate communication both written and verbal
Efficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office – Outlook, word & Excel programs
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and able to be insured on company policy
