Inclusive Employment Services is an employment program for people with development disabilities.
We train our clients on life skills, job skills, job placement and expanding opportunities .
This position requires picking up the clients and working with them in the community. You must have a car with valid drivers license and insurance and be willing to drive .
RESPOSABILITIES AND JOB DUTIES
As a Behavior Management Job Coach , you will be working directly with adults with development disabilities in the community . 
We are looking for people with great organization skills and follow through mentally.
