Administrative Assistant for Property Management Company
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office –MS Word - MS Excel – MS Outlook.
- Working knowledge of office equipment: phone system, transcriber, copier
- Strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
- Assist in daily property management needs – interact with tenants/customers - answering phones –opening and distributing mail – monitor office email – order office supplies.
- Maintain and organize facilities.
- Maintain filing system.
- Coordinate calendar and assist with special events and other management company responsibilities.
Pay commensurate with abilities – 30 hours a week.
