SalaryBeacon 360 Management is in search of savvy Assistant Property Managers for our subsidized living complexes located in Newark & Heath, Ohio. Beacon 360 Management is a not-for-profit company providing housing to disadvantaged persons. If you are currently or have experience as an Office Manager or other Administrative Supervisor, work in Hospitality or Retail Management and looking for a change into property managment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
- Maintaining a high level of consistent services for residents,
- Effectively enhancing curb appeal and all-around general condition.
- Accountable for REACs, MORs, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.
Applicants must be able to:
- Be open to be trained.
- Can work independently but work very well with others.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Understand and provide excellent customer service.
Applicants need:
- Management or supervisory or administrative experience.
- A High School diploma or GED required, college degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- An understanding of budgets.
- Knowledge of work-flow software programs, One-site experience helpful.
