Creative Touch Landscaping is seeking a vested, detail oriented, self-motivator to help run our office. We are looking for someone who comes with ideas and recommendations and who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed.
With the right candidate, this position has the potential to expand quickly as the company continues to grow!
Daily Responsibilities:
o Schedule appointments with current and potential customers.
o Create customer proposals from information provided by owner.
o Track costs associated with each project.
o Help develop employee onboarding procedures, materials, and training.
o Accounts Receivable- help with billing and collections
o Accounts Payable – entering vendor bills daily.
o Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
o Payroll reports to facilitate workers comp and insurance audits.
o Creating reports through both QuickBooks and other means to help analyze and project profitability.
o Customer communications / promotions ie. Annual plantings, fall mum’s and decorating, pruning schedule, quarterly updates for lawn maintenance customers, end of the season letter etc.
o Ordering of office supplies, shop supplies, vehicle, or machine parts etc.
Requirements:
o Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred.
o General computer proficiency including Microsoft applications including Excel
o Reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented with a positive attitude.
o Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week

- Monday to Friday
