Fitness Director

```Duties```:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the fitness department
- Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives to meet the needs of members
- Provide leadership and guidance to fitness staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of fitness equipment and facilities
- Monitor member satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to promote and integrate fitness services throughout the organization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fitness management

```Requirements```:
- Assistant manager experience in a fitness or related industry
- Proficiency in payroll systems and budgeting processes
- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Proven experience in supervising a team of fitness professionals
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Sales management experience with a track record of achieving targets
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships with vendors and suppliers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
