Assist our Office Manager with the following:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
- Manage client invoicing and A/R
- Assist with employee communications
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or related field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
- Ability to plan and coordinate events
