Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist office staff with logging purchase orders, field schedules, project files and prepare insurance applications as required.
- Assist with payroll and expense preparation including entry into payroll system
- Prepare and send customer invoices and post payments
- Assist in various other projects and tasks as required
- Oversee clerical tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails and keeping office supplies stocked and organized
Qualifications:
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Collaboration Tools
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, ADP Run, Adobe and Excel formulas a plus
