Assistant Asset Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Asset Manager (Purchasing Assistant or Expeditor) and play a pivotal role in supporting Asset Manager/Buyers with purchasing tasks.

This is an introductory position that presents the opportunity to grow with the company. Located in Wilmington, MA and starts at $20/hr.

• Review Supplier Purchase Orders: Ensure smooth operations by reviewing Supplier Purchase Orders. This includes ensuring acknowledgement dates are received and accurately entered into the system for new purchase orders.

• Proactive Management: Stay ahead by proactively reviewing the open Purchase Order Report (Vendor Delinquency) and promptly contacting suppliers regarding past due acknowledgment dates.

• Customer Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries regarding new, updated, or expedited delivery dates on specific part numbers.

• Purchase Order Maintenance: Keep things running smoothly by maintaining and updating Purchase Orders as necessary.
