We are seeking a highly motivated Asset Management Lifecycle Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our organization's assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of asset management principles. This role requires expertise in inventory management, procurement processes, maintenance scheduling, and disposal procedures. The Asset Management Lifecycle Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset utilization, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets, including but not limited to IT hardware, and software licenses.
Develop and maintain accurate records of all assets, including acquisition details, depreciation schedules, maintenance history, and disposal activities.
Coordinate asset procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
Implement and maintain asset tracking systems to monitor asset location, status, and usage.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders across directorate to assess asset needs, plan acquisitions, and allocate resources effectively.
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the disposal or decommissioning of obsolete or surplus assets in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices and procedures.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Asset Lifecycle management to continuously improve processes and systems.
Lead Negotiator developing multifaceted Subcontract Terms and Conditions Agreements
Execute Teaming Agreements in support of strategic capture initiatives partnering with appropriate suppliers.
Develop Long Term Agreements in support of Category Management initiatives.
Develop associated workforce guidance for each term agreement.
Provide input to Compliance on associated Work Instructions and processes.
Effectively and efficiently communicate with greater Raytheon community, subject matter experts and executive leadership.
Work independently while efficiently completing assigned projects.
Be a subject matter expert Vendor management and Conditions, as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations and the Defense FAR Supplement.
Integrate with Procurement Category Management supporting the development of long-term opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
10+ years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to asset management and disposal.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification(s) in asset management, such as Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or Certified Information Technology Asset Manager (CITAM), is a plus.
Experience working with asset management software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow Asset Management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Proven track record of successfully managing asset procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
Experience in conducting audits and implementing process improvements to ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset records.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor asset management initiatives.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in asset management, such as Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and predictive maintenance.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
