Job Responsibilities:
- Primary resource to research and respond to inquiries from distributor/customers as they relate to truck parts.
- Provide consistent communication to the materials group for the purpose of relaying information to the customer regarding shipping dates, order status, and expediting orders
- At direction of department managers, work on special field/market research projects, including but not limited to parts marketing and development.
- Train and educate branches in software use and updates, as well as education of the parts ordering and distribution process
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to work approximately 25 hours per week for Multiple Semesters
- Must enjoy helping people
- Must have intermediate computer skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must be enrolled in a college or university studying Business or related field.
