PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Mange bid schedule & documents.
Issue vendor & sub-contractor pricing requests
Distribute quotations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage electronic & hard copy project documentation.
Oversee submittal documents.
Issue purchase orders.
Maintain monthly progress billing.
BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT
Pursue & complete new customer Pre-Qualification packages.
Complete new license & certification applications
GENERAL ADMIN
Manage business licenses & personnel certifications.
Serve as liaison with insurance agent, bond agent & attorney.
Process tax exempt certifications
Process certified payroll reports.
CRITICAL SKILLS
Must be an energetic self-starter.
Must be willing to learn and receive feedback with a positive mentality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,599.00 - $63,256.00 per year
