Administrative Officer 2 - Urology

This position will serve as support for the Department of OBGYN, Surgery, and Urology Resource Managers. You will assist in the execution of office/space renovations, IT requests, equipment distribution, building access, keys, space inventory, and other projects as assigned by the Resource Managers. A key portion will be assisting with databases to track all items listed above. You will be responsible for onsite deliveries, sorting and distribution of mail, creating templates and other task as needed. Pay Range: $ 29.94 - $47.76 hourly.

Required: Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing. Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
